Harry Potter: Wizards Take Flight

I was Lead Artist on this multi-person VR flight experience. We were tasked with making a massive accurate section of London that had to run at 90 fps with water and cloud effects on limited hardware. This involved not only managing a team of artists, but creating the full layout and asset pipeline. We also had to create an accurate reproduction of Hogwarts that could be viewed from a wide range of angles and distances. Without any resources, I had to construct a layout based on movies clips and online screenshots and manage the team who made the final optimized modular art.
